Where can I see my inbound emails ?

You can download emails from your POP server or online webmail as provided by your Hosting Service Provider.

What do you mean by Unverified Mails?

Emails received from senders who are not listed as Authorized
Senders or mails detected as possible-spam are stored in quarantined
mail folder. These emails are termed as "Unverified Mails".

How do I check Unverified Mails?

You can access list of Unverified Mails from "Mails/Unverified Mails" link in ControlPanel or using
"Unverified Mail" option in SpamGuard DeskLite.

What are Authorized Addresses & Authorized Domains?

Authorized Addresses & Authorized Domains are list of Email Addresses &
Domain Names from which emails will always be accepted without any
verification.
In short, it represents a White List from where emails will
always be received.

How can I authorize a Sender?

When you authorize an unverified email (from Unverified Mail Folder), the sender's address automatically gets authorized and added to
authorized senders's list.
You can also add sender address in Authorized sender's list from
Filters menu.

How do I Authorize an unverified email ?

To authorize unverified mails, go to Unverified Mail folder,
select required emails and click on "Authorize" or "Pass" button.
When you use option of "Authorize", sender's email address
will get added to Authorized Sender's list.

How Do I block email address or entire Domain?

To Block an email address or Block entire Domain, click on
"Filters" and select an appropriate options.
Once you add email address or domain name in the block list, any
emails received from them will be always dropped by SpamGuard
Server
(Mails will not be stored in quarantined folder).

Can I filter mails based on Subjects or set my custom filters?

Yes you can filter mails based on subjects. You can also set Wild
Cards for subject blocking.

How do I create custom Spam filters ?

SpamGuard allows you to create various filters based on
sender email address, sender domain names and mail subject
content. Click on the "Filters" from the menu for various
options.

Can I create filters with wild card ?
|

You can create subject filters with Wild Card (*).
While setting the filter content, just put * where you wish to use wild card.
(Note : Wrong Wildcard entry can cause mail lose)

How often Unverified mails gets deleted? How do I delete myself?

Unverified (Spam) mails are automatically deleted after specified
period (1-7 days) which can be set from preferences.
If you wish to delete unverified mails manually (immediately),
you can use "Mail Purge" option by clicing on
"Mails/Mail Purge"
from the
menu.

How do I activate or disable Challenge-Response engine?

When Challenge-Response is active, will send
Challenge-Response email to every emails from unknown senders.
You can enable or disable Challenge-Response from
"Settings/Preferences" menu.

I wish to change Challenge-Response message. Can I ? How?

Yes. You can customize the Challenge-Response message which is
sent to all unknown senders. Click on "Setting/Challenge-Response" from menu to modify the same.

How do I change my password?

To change password, click on "Preferences/Password Manager"
option from menu. You will be required to enter your current password and desired new password.
Please note that password will be changed for control panel as
well as your POP Account to access emails.
